Registration Info

If you would like to attend an Engaged Encounter Weekend, here is what you need to do.

  • Download and complete the registration form (Word Document / PDF Document)
  • Indicate a first and second choice of weekend dates

Your position on the weekend can only be confirmed with full payment.  A picture of the deposit slip can be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  

If you cannot afford the full cost of the weekend, you should contact the registration couple.

You are encouraged to register as soon as possible in order to ensure your spot.  If you must cancel or move to another weekend, please do so early enough that the next couple on the waiting list may be allowed to attend the weekend. The $50.00 registration fee is non-refundable.

Additional registration information

We thank you for choosing Catholic Engaged Encounter as your preferred method of marriage preparation.  Catholic Engaged Encounter is an international marriage preparation programme that is taking place all around the world and we welcome you as part of the international programme.

 

Payment

The preferred method of payment is bank deposit or online bank transfer to Scotiabank Account Number 10383317 (Independence Square Branch, Port of Spain).  When using online bank transfer the branch code is 90035.

Payment can also be made via cheque.  Please make cheques payable to: Catholic Engaged Encounter.

Upon receipt and completion of this registration, please call the registration couple to confirm your place on this weekend.  Also, please inform them of the selected method of payment.

Please note it is important that you register earlier in order to secure a place on your chosen weekend.

If for any reason you cannot attend the chosen weekend, please contact the registration couple immediately.
